Types of items you can expect include: Sweatshirts, Hoodies, 1/4 Zips, Jackets, T-Shirts, Trousers, Joggers, Jumpers, Gilets, Coats, plus many other styles.

How does delivery work?
We charged a fix price PER bale, sent via Parcelforce 24/48 Hour services, we will ship all bales within 5-7 days of purchase.
*20kg bundles will require 7-10 days to produce from date of your order.

Understand this before purchasing
We work by saving items from landfill; working with sustainable means of supply.
As a result of this, items sourced are second-hand, with typical conditions to the second-hand type of item.  Grade A-B items are our highest level of second-hand clothing, however the clothing still falls under a pre-loved item (Where naturally, even a Grade A item will show signs of wear and tear due to it's potential age).
As a result, you should expect a 5% buffer of lower grade quality of items, where either human error has missed, or we have included due to the value of other items within your bundle.  By buying secondhand, and also sustainably; you're investing in something, that can continue to be maintained.

All items are sent unwashed; they are quality control checked for faults that will be removed with one wash/dry cycle.  Expect up to 5% Grade C items within the bundles; all of which would have been added due to brand/ability to sell in lower conditions.

Returning conditions
Under these conditions are returns to this product allowed, within these terms.
All items must be sent back, with an allocated weight to the parcel pre-send and post-send.  For example, if items are removed and rejected by yourself (disposed of) we won't be able to allow the return, as all items sent must be returned/received in the conditions sent.

If you are genuinely unhappy with what you have received, we're happy for you to send the products back.  However without the refund of your initial postage, or the cost to send back, you would be responsible for covering both of those costs.
