How our returns, exchanges & order cancellations/amendments work

If you make a purchase and you wish to make a return, these are the steps you must take in order to complete

Send us an email to info@gullygarms.com with your GG order number, we can find the rest.

To be entitled for a full return, you must request the return within 14 days of receiving the item, and send it back to us within the following 14 days.  A 28-day complete time frame.

If you have found something you like on the website, you can request an exchange.
Send us an email to info@gullygarms.com with your GG order number, and the item you wish to make the exchange with.

Once we receive the item back we can make the exchange, however further costs for re-shipping of the item will be required.

For UK customers orders, if your order is over £50 you will receive a Royal Mail pre-paid returns sticker inside, which you can use with no further cost to you.
Note: The individual item being returned be or exceed £30 to be redeemable for a free return

The ‘Returns Cards’ enclosed inside your order - please ensure these are filled out with your GG number and ‘reason for return’ so we can locate your order with your return request, but also it helps us understand if there is anything we could have done to be better.

If no contact is made with us, and the product is sent back after 28 days, we will not be able to issue you with a cash return, but will be able to offer store credit to the same value 

We require the item back in the original condition it was sent to you, with the garment tag still attached - and once your return is sent back to us, it will be processed with our returns team; your money or store credit will be with you within 5 working days 

Non refundable items 

Socks and caps are non-refundable products, but can be sent back for store credit

Eu and rest of world returns

We do accept Europe and Rest of the world returns, however we are unfortunately unable to support covering the cost for you to send your items back.  We can offer an additional 15% store credit value if you do make a return, which you can use within any time frame.
Eg, for returns from the EU/Rest of the world, 115% store credit can be offered.

Where we can’t accept your return

If the item comes back in a condition we deem unfit; where it has been over-worn, returned with additional marks.  The condition it returns will affect the cost of these items.
