Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations/Amendments

Please read our Returns/Exchange Policy below:

Customers have 14 days upon receiving their item/s to request a return/refund. Once the request has been accepted by ourselves, customers then have another 14 days to return the item/s back to us before their refund is processed. Customers that haven’t requested a return/refund, or sent the item/s back after the 28 day period, will be issued with store credit to the amount originally spent. To exchange, please include a link to the product/s you are interested in exchanging your original purchase with in an email to info@gullygarms.com, please include your six-digit order number. 

Please ensure you complete the Return card with all the required information and place it back inside the package with the item/s you wish to return. UK customers should have received a prepaid Royal Mail return label inside their package for items purchased over £20. Please stick this firmly on the outside of your package. International customers will be responsible for paying the return postage; we advise tracked shipping.*

We require the item back in its original condition, tags attached, within 14 days of us accepting the return request. 
(Due to Covid-19, we have extended the return period by an additional 14 days.) 

Once we have received your returned package, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days. 

 

If you wish to cancel, or make any changes to your order, please email us ASAP at info@gullygarms.com with your six-digit order number. Please note that once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you cannot cancel or amend your order, so please ensure all your order and shipping details are correct. 

 

*Return postage is your responsibility unless there has been a listing error, or an item/s is faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage. Order cancellations made under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, any standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund.

 

Please note that we may refuse a refund if the garment is returned in a different, or worse, condition than when it was sent; the item/s must be unworn and in their original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged.
