Due to the nature of Vintage clothing, and the variety of brands and product types, there is no set measuring system used on all items. Instead, we measure all items laying flat in inches. This will be included in the item description.
We use a UK based sizing system with our measurements. This revolves around the pit to pit measurement only. This means that a item may say a different size on the label than what is stated on the website, this is to ensure that you are receiving an item that is true to its size.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations/Amendments
Please read our Returns/Exchange Policy below:
Customers have 14 days upon receiving their package to request an exchange or return and refund. Once the request has been accepted by ourselves, customers then have another 14 days to return the item/s back to us before their refund/exchange is processed.
Customers that haven’t requested a return/refund, or sent the item/s back after the 28 day period, will be issued with store credit to the amount originally spent.
To exchange, please include a link to the product/s you are interested in exchanging your original purchase with in an email to email@example.com, please include your six-digit order number.
To return, please fill in all the details on the returns card that came with your package. Free returns are only offered to UK residents at this time, otherwise it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage and shipping*. We advise tracked shipping and delivery.

Once we have received your item/s, the return will be processed within 3 working days and a refund issued to the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
If you wish to cancel, or make any changes to, your order, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with your six-digit order number. Please note that once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you cannot cancel or amend your order, so please ensure all your order and shipping details are correct.
*Return postage is your responsibility unless their has been a listing error, or the item/s is faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage. Order cancellations made under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, any standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund.
Please note that we may refuse a refund if the garment is returned in a different, or worse, condition than when it was sent; the item/s must be unworn and in their original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged.
