    Step 1 - Select your size and style

    All mystery boxes are unisex.
    You select your size and style you want, and we will work towards getting you what you've asked for.
    The style is a guideline for us in-house to put your looks together,  there isn't a guarantee it will be inside your mystery boxes, however we work our hardest to achieve the best result for you 
    Note: you may also receive brands that aren't on this list, plus you can also request 'graphic or non branded items' in the notes section at the check-out

    Step 2 - Add your WAIST SIZE in the notes
    As the trousers, bottoms mystery box is categorised in XS-XL sizes, if you can specify your waist size in the notes section at the check-out, we can ensure this information is used to create the order for your pair of mystery bottoms.

    Step 3 - Make note of anything you DON'T want

    You can 'leave a note' in the check-out once you've added your mystery box to your cart.  You will be able to make a note of ANYTHING you would not like to receive.
    For e.g. 'No cuffed hems, I hate purple trousers'  if you make a note, we can guarantee you will NOT receive anything from this.



    Can you return if you aren't happy?

    As it is a mystery box, typically you aren't eligible to return.  
    However, if you are truly dissatsifed with what you received, you can return the bottoms back at your own returning cost, and receive a voucher for £20 value.
